Things to know about our catering:
•6% Michigan Sales Tax and 18% Service Fee will be added to all prices.
•A deposit of 50% of the estimated total charge will be required within 3 weeks prior to your event. The deposit will be returned if your event is canceled 14 days prior ro your event. Cancelations made within 14 days of function will forfeit the deposit. The balance due on individual events MUST BE PAID PRIOR to the event. We accept cash, or major credit card for deposit. Balance due prior to event we accept cash or major credit cards only.
•A final guarantee of the number of guests attending MUST be made 7 days prior to the event. This guarantee is understood to be a minimum and may not be decreased. If we are unable to obtain the guaranteed count from you, we will use the estimated number of guests provided at the time of deposit.
•A travel fee will apply for events held outside a 25 mile radius from our Catering facility.
•A complete catering set-up will be delivered to your location. Tell us what time you would like to eat, and provide us with a minimum of two tables. We will arrive just prior, to set-up your buffet.
•Buffet lines are maintained UP TO A total of two hours of service. each additional hour of serving time will incur a $50.00 fee.
•If serving time of any menu is more than 30 minutes off from the scheduled time Grand Villa cannot be held responsible for quality of temperature of food. There may be an additional charge of $50.00 for each half-hour serving time is delayed.
•Throughout the menu you will find items marked with an *. These items may contain raw or undercooked ingredients; or can be cooked to order. NOTICE: Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, eggs or shellfish may increase your risk of food borne illness.
•All of our menus have a 40 person minimum for service. If a group falls under the 40 person guest minimum, they will be charged an additional minimum fee. Pick-up catering can be for any size group.
